The third category is electroslag welding wire; electroslag welding is suitable for welding medium and thick plates, and the electroslag welding wire mainly plays the role of filler metal and alloying. The fourth category is non-ferrous metal and cast iron welding wire; it can also be subdivided into four types: surfacing welding wire, copper and copper alloy welding wire, aluminum and aluminum alloy welding wire, and cast iron welding wire.
So how should we choose welding wire? How to store the welding wire? First, the place where the welding wire is stored should have a dry and ventilated environment to avoid moisture; second, refuse to store it with water, acid, alkali and other liquids that are very volatile and corrosive; third, it should not be placed directly on the floor Or close to the wall; fourth, do not break the packaging, especially the "heat shrinkable film" of the inner packaging; fifth, use up the welding wire as soon as possible when opening the package.
